Today in class we worked on different ways to represent a number to 10 by using a variety of materials in the classroom. Students worked with a partner to count objects or use items that displayed their number such as a domino, die, number line, etc. Please look at the pictures below to see the amazing work we did.

Today your child is bringing home their home reading. We ask that you put them in charge of getting it out and putting it into their backpacks. Please spend 5-10 minutes with them as they read the familiar text to you and then sign their ticket to show us that they have read.  We will also be sending out an email that will have some supportive links and information for you to use throughout the year as you support your child's journey with literacy. 

Reminder that tomorrow is library for Mrs. Brice's class. Please return books.
